Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all customers and participants.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on applicable packages. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days, beginning from the first day of purchase.
No refunds can be issued on products such as VPS servers, dedicated servers, SSL certificates, and custom paid migrations or installations. A 30-day cancellation notice is required. All cancellations are taken 30 days from the next billing date.
Refunds can only be placed back on the payment method that was originally used to purchase the product or service. Refunds can take between three and five working days to appear on the account. Plans with complimentary domains are non-refundable. No refunds are available after the 30-day period.
